A timeline of our success

We're a family business that has been creating Integrated Labels for over 20 years and selling packaging and labels online for more than 10. Because of this vast experience, our customers rely on us for great value, considered product advice, and truly exceptional customer service.

Priory Direct is now the UK and Europe's leading supplier of eCommerce essentials. We consistently receive 97% positive customer feedback; higher than any other business in our field. We're incredibly proud of that and the loyalty of our customers as it shows we’re getting it right for them. As with any business, it definitely hasn't been easy getting to where we are today and certainly hasn't been without diverse challenges as our Priory timeline below shows:

1989

11th December - Priory Business Forms Limited founded.

1991

14th August - Started Archive Management.

1996

First web-ordering portal 'PRISM' went live.

1998

5th February – Priory Business Print PLC founded.

2001

10th July - Sold our first box of plain Integrated Labels.

2003

Integratedlabels.net website created and began taking offline orders.

2007

2nd August - First true ecommerce sale.

2008

8th May – Priory Print Management, Priory Office Supplies, and Priory Storage were incorporated. 12th June Priory Business Print became Priory Business Group.

2009

13th October – Priory Direct was incorporated.

2010

31st August - Rebrand from Integratedlabels.net to Priory Direct.

2016

16th December - Mobile responsive website launched.

2017

18th January – Priory Digital was incorporated.

2018

30th April – Moved to new premises with state-of-the-art warehouse in Aylesford, Kent.
1st July – Josh Pitman became Managing Director, Nicholas Hunt became Commercial Director, Bob Pitman became CEO.
30th November – Priory Direct product count hits 2,000.
