Returns Policy

What do I do if I’ve ordered the wrong items?

If you’ve ordered the wrong items, you can return goods to us provided they are in a re-sellable condition and all items in a bundle are accounted for. Please contact us either by Livechat or email us at [email protected] confirming which items you are looking to return from your order and the order number your return would relate to. We will then have a returns form with our details sent over to you.

We would require you to arrange and cover the costs of the goods return. Once we have received your return and they are in a re-sellable condition, we will be able to process a refund for you. Please note that refunds will take 3-5 working days to show in your account from the point of goods return.

What do I do if I’ve received the wrong products?

What do I do if my items are broken or damaged?

We’re very sorry to hear that your products are broken/damaged. If you could please contact us either by email at [email protected], telephone 01622580100, or message us on Livechat and our 5 star rated customer service team will help correct this right away.

What do I do if items are missing from my order?

If you are missing items from your order, please contact us via email, telephone or livechat and one of our customer service team members will assist you.

What type of packaging will I need to return my order?

If you are able to reuse the outer packaging that your order arrived in, please do so. If not, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further in sorting out your return.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Unfortunately you are not able to cancel or amend your order once placed. The picking and packing of orders happens very quickly once you’ve hit the ‘Place order’ button, meaning we are unable to stop an order once it is being processed, or make any changes.

These changes would include:

  • Delivery addresses
  • Adding an item
  • Removing an item
