Our Phenol Free Ecolabels™ are designed with the environment in mind; made from sustainable materials, these BPA free thermal labels are FSC Certified, recyclable, and plastic free. Measuring 102 x 51mm, these phenol free thermal labels are great for a variety of transport and logistics operations. Suitable for direct thermal and water-based flexography, these labels have a high sensitivity, vitamin C based thermal coating that provides great colour and print, without the hazardous properties of BPA that is commonly used in thermal label products. Phenols and bisphenols break down into microplastics which never fully degrade, meaning they remain in the environment and oceans forever, are ingested by animals and fish, and subsequently enter the food chain. Using phenol free thermal labels help reduce damage to the environment, makes your despatch operation more planet-friendly and aids in our mission to make ecommerce truly sustainable.

Our phenol free thermal labels are a durable and sustainable option, adhere to most packaging surfaces and are designed to withstand their shipping journey. Sustainably made using FSC Certified Mixed Credit paper, these BPA free labels are great for helping your pack and despatch operation on its journey to going green.

The backing paper material is honey glassine, which is made from wood pulp making it fully recyclable, biodegradable, plastic-free, and sustainable - making it easy and eco-friendly to dispose of. 

These thermal labels are supplied in boxes of 9 rolls with 1000 labels per roll. With a core diameter measurement of 25.4mm, our phenol free ecolabels are compatible with Zebra Desktop Printers.
