120mm Flexi-Hex Slender Protective Bottle Packaging - 100 Capsules

The Flexi-Hex® Slender Bottle Capsule offers a novel and aesthetic solution to protective packaging. The kit comprises a Flexi-Hex expandable sleeve which fits around your bottle, tightly secured by a cap and wrap; the honeycomb design of the sleeve ensures top-level durability and strength, resulting in a notable drop in breakage to your bottles during transportation. The compact and lightweight design uses reduced materials; making storage easier and contributing to a quicker packaging time, ensuring your pack and despatch operation runs as smooth as possible. Just follow these straightforward steps to construct; Set the wrap horizontally across a flat surface and place the cap on top in the middle. Stand the sleeve upright in the cap with the cardboard edges in line with the wrap either side and slide the bottle into the wrap. Secure the wrap up and over the bottle and seal using the sticky tabs. The Flexi-Hex sleeve can cater for bottles from 85-94mm in diameter and 320mm in height, making them suitable for the safe shipping of premium bottles.
