Made 100% plastic-free, sustainably sourced, and biodegradable, our Priory Elements EcoPaddedMailers™ are a great value, sustainable packaging alternative that can help reduce your single-use plastic waste. Printed with eco markers, they show your customers the steps your business is taking towards a greener future.

Paper Padded Envelopes: Features and Specification

Featuring a peel and seal closure and secure side seams, these eco padded envelopes are tamper evident, durable, efficient to use, and high quality. The inner is made using 100gsm paper and the outer 70gsm paper.

Lightweight and protective, they're perfect for sending your products the eco way, so say goodbye to single-use plastic bubble lining and hello to paper-based padded envelopes.

Why Choose Paper Over Plastic Padded Mailers?

It's not news that plastic isn't the most sustainable packaging material: it's harder to recycle, and almost every piece of plastic ever made still exists in some form or another. With the padded mailer market set to grow 4.7% yearly, and having grown rapidly since 2014, we wanted to offer a sustainable option to our eco-conscious customers.

In addition, 1% of each sale of our EcoPaddedMailers™ is donated to environmental charities through our 1% For the Planet partnership, so you can be confident your packaging choices protect not only your products, but the planet too.
