Flower Boxes

Sending flowers through the post is a different challenge to most despatch operations. The contents are fragile, perishable, and — for whoever's receiving them — the moment they arrive matters. Our flower boxes are designed around that reality: robust enough to protect stems in transit, sized to keep your postage costs manageable, and presented well enough that opening one feels like an occasion.

Whether you're a florist despatching bouquets, an online flower retailer, or a subscription service sending fresh stems on a regular schedule, you'll find the right box here. All made from FSC-certified corrugated cardboard, 100% plastic free, and fully recyclable.

Types of flower box

Flower postal boxes are our most popular choice for direct-to-consumer flower despatch. Long, flat, and sized to keep postage costs low, they hold stems securely without crushing and are sturdy enough to survive the postal network without needing an outer box.

Flower delivery boxes for larger or mixed bouquets give you more depth and room for wrapping — better suited to premium arrangements where presentation on arrival is as important as protection in transit.

Letterbox flower boxes are sized to pass through a standard letterbox, eliminating missed deliveries entirely. If you're running a subscription flower service or despatching smaller bouquets at volume, removing the need for a redelivery attempt makes a meaningful difference to customer experience and operational costs. See our full range of letterbox-friendly boxes for more options.

Getting it right for florist despatch

A few things worth considering when choosing flower shipping boxes:

Stem length. Measure your most common bouquet at full length and match your box accordingly — stems that are too long for the box are a common cause of transit damage.

Postage band. Flower postal boxes are typically long and flat, which means they can catch you out on Royal Mail size thresholds. Our Royal Mail size guide is worth checking before you commit to a size.

Buying in volume. If you're despatching regularly, florist boxes are more cost-effective bought in bulk. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss volume pricing or a regular supply arrangement.
