140mm Flexi-Hex Drum Protective Bottle Packaging - 100 Capsules

Made up of just 4 components, this Flexi-Hex product significantly reduces the chance of breakage to your bottles during transportation. Cardboard is surprisingly strong and durable, and when combined with the innovative design of the honeycomb sleeve that encases your bottles, you can be sure that your bottles will arrive safe and sound to their final destination. For a quick and easy assemble, simply lay down your wrap onto a flat surface and put one cap on top and in the centre, place the sleeve upright into the cap making sure that the cardboard strips are in line with the wrap either side, glide the bottle into the sleeve and pop the second cap on top, securing the wrap over the whole kit. The sleeve can be cut to size to suit, offering flexibility for a variety of dimensions from 105-110mm diameter and 330mm height.
