110mm Flexi-Hex Slender Protective Bottle Packaging - 100 Capsules

To assemble, simply place the wrap horizontally on your packing bench and put the cap on top in the middle. Insert the flexi-hex sleeve into the cap keeping the cardboard edges in line with the wrap either side and slide the bottle into the sleeve. Lastly, fold the wrap up and over the encased bottle and secure with the sealing tab. The flexible sleeve is a good fit for bottles measuring between 75-84mm in diameter and 320mm in height, suitable for taller bottle protection.
